Phil Harrington posted this to the PHP Fusebox mailing list recently:
Hello,
I'm that dork who wrote this really great Part 1 "setting up fusebox" article. Since then people have emailed me asking "where the heck is part 2?"
Well, in the time since the first article, fusebox 4.1 came out, and made much of part 1 needs to be change (but hasn't been), and much of what was planned for part 2 is obsolete. However, one thing that is still worth writing about, and the thing people most frequently have asked for part 2 for is: "Layouts with Content Variables!" Therefore, I humbly offer the following:

Enjoy. It's kind of a 2nd draft still, and could maybe use some screen shots and a zip example, but hopefully this will get people started. I have an idea for a follow up article with a more interesting example (nested ccv's), and a totally hairy example (semi-dynamic forms), but I've learned not to promise articles :-P I'll work on it though. Thanks to everyone who emailed and encouraged me.
Phil
